What is your favorite moment or memory from playing with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra? Seeing the happiness in audience members’ faces as they applaud our performances.

If you could describe yourself in terms of a musical style or tempo (such as allegro, adagio, or presto), which would you choose and why?
Fugue. I juggle many layers of daily activities, often all at once.

Alternatively, if you were a musical instrument, which one would you be?
Snare drum. I can be loud, and I’m always marching toward something.
