Anne Akiko Meyers joins Maestro Brotons for September concert

The Vancouver Symphony Orchestra opens its 39th season with the return of international violin virtuoso Anne Akiko Meyers under the baton of Maestro Brotons at Skyview Concert Hall Saturday, Sept 30 at 3pm & Sunday, Oct 1 at 7pm. Anne has toured extensively for three decades and was the top-selling traditional classical instrumental soloist on Billboard charts in 2014.

VSO’s All Russian Program November 4-5

The Vancouver Symphony’s 2017-2018 season continues with a concert featuring music by All Russian composers on November 4 and 5. The orchestra also welcomes piano soloist Alexander Toradze, a specialist in Russian repertoire, playing the powerful third concerto by Prokofiev. Maestro Salvador Brotons conducts.
